Colleen aka Red holds her CrossFit Level 1 certification. Red has been in the fitness industry for eight years and has been doing CrossFit for seven years. She loves to compete at many local competitions and cheer/coach any athlete that aims to compete. Red strives to teach, motivate and grow with every single athlete that walks through the door, no matter what goals our athletes have, her focus is to get them better and accomplish anything they desire!

Gabe has held his CrossFit L3 certification and brings over a decade of coaching experience. He has competed at the regional level in CrossFit (2017) and is excited to bring all his knowledge to the Aftermath community. He is passionate about nutrition, injury prevention, and is currently working on his own fitness goal — becoming the most jacked dad he can be.

Gabe Yanez | Coach

Bryson discovered CrossFit three years ago after relocating and quickly fell in love with it. Shortly after, he received his CrossFit Level 1 Certification. As a coach, he is excited to continue growing, connect with athletes of all levels, and contribute to the CrossFit community! Some of his favorite CrossFit achievements include snatching 225lbs, and completing 25 unbroken bar muscle-ups at the TFX qualifier. You can catch Bryson at the 8:15 and noon classes!

Bryson Partida | Coach

Ryan is a coach at Aftermath and a firefighter. He is the father of an incredible little boy and has been in the CrossFit community for seven years. Ryan holds his CrossFit Level 1 and 2 Certifications. He continues to further his knowledge in the functional fitness world and is passionate about helping our athletes reach their full potential.

Chelsey holds her CrossFit Level 1 Certification and USA Weightlifting Certification. Outside of being a passionate swiftie, Chelsey is also passionate about helping others meet their goals and becoming the best version of themselves. Rowing and double unders are her jam, and she has a mostly-hate relationship with running. You can find her coaching in the early mornings or late evenings!

Justin has been doing CrossFit for four years and holds his CrossFit Level 1 Certification. He is passionate about helping others find happiness and success through fitness and believes if you feel good, you will excel in life. Justin is happily married to a beautiful wife and they have two kids who love hanging on the ring rows. If he’s not at the gym you can find him in the great outdoors!

Justin Atchley | Coach

Arielle is a functional nutrition and strength coach and has held her CrossFit L3 certification, along with weightlifting and CF Kids. Having competed in CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Powerlifting, Arielle is passionate about supporting her athletes to get stronger and more fit to enjoy their lives in and out of the gym. She is also a mom, and among the many benefits, cites her son and daughter as the reason she prioritizes her health and fitness.

Bianca Orta | Coach

Bianca is an Army Veteran, and has her Bachelors degree in Exercise Sports Science with a minor in Biology. She has been coaching for five years and is specialized in youth sports exercise by NASM. She has always had a passion for working out and helping others reach their health goals. Bianca’s pride and joy are her two little ones Kylee and Kane.

You’ll find Matt bringing the fire and energy to our early morning classes. He believes our athletes deserve his very best and Matt continues to give his all. Fitness is a unique journey for everyone and Matt feels that Aftermath is tailored to help provide the best experience for each athlete. Matt is a loving husband and father of two. When he’s not in the gym, he enjoys hunting, shooting sports, gaming, and spending time with his family.
